Welcome to Eco-Logic - Bracelet ceremony - The host will go to the program of your package. - Settle in your accommodation

Sunday: Som Tam workshop

  • 8.00-10.00 Breakfast

  • After breakfast you have free time to discover the area, do an activity, a massage or relax.

  • 13:00 Lunch, you will learn to make the traditional Green Papaya salad: Som Tam

  • After lunch you have free time to discover the area, do an activity, a massage or relax.

  • 19:00 Dinner

 

Monday: Yoga | Day Trip Hot Springs and Temple

  • 7.30-8.30 Sunrise yoga 

  • 8.00-10.00 Breakfast

  • 10.00-20.00 Day trip Hot springs and temple visit,  transport, drinking water and lunch included. Meditation at sunset on top of the temple hill. Wear culturally appropriated clothes.

  • 20:00 Dinner

 

Tuesday: Yoga | Tour on the premises | Massage

  • 7.30-8.30 Yoga can be done in the morning or afternoon, what suits you best

  • 8.00-10.00 Breakfast

  • 10.00-12.00 Tour on the premises. Leave from the restaurant. Wear culturally appropriate clothes

  • 13:00 Buffet lunch

  • After lunch you have free time to discover the area, do an activity, a massage, yoga  or relax.

  • 15.30 Thai language session

  • 19:00 Buffet dinner

 

 Wednesday Yoga | Edible Forest | Thai foot massage

  • 7.00-8.30 You can visit the Paksong local fresh market (by yourself)

Friday: Yoga | Free time | meeting CLC

  • 16.00 Meeting CLC in school. Prepare for Saturday

Saturday: Yoga | Activities with local kids

  • 9.00-11.00 Assist on Saturday in our school. Please wear appropriate clothes

  • 11.00-12.00 Fun@theFarm with the students
